Ce Sommet européen de la restauration est la première plateforme européenne pour l'industrie de la restauration. La 18e édition se tiendra du 25 au 27 septembre 2017, à Lake Side, Zurich (Suisse). Maureen Lee is a seasoned executive having held various management positions with Coca-Cola, served as Vice President of North Asia for The McDonald’s Group, General Manager at Swire Bottling, and Account Management at McCann Erickson. She helps lead brand rejuvenation projects for restaurant enterprises in China, conducts research on consumer and brand experiences, and offers brand management classes for entrepreneurs through HanYuan Group.
