Tim Lai is an experienced restaurant executive, having opened the very first McDonald’s in Beijing, China. He developed 350 profitable restaurants in the North region as SVP of McDonald’s China. Along with offering classes to executives through HanYuan Group, he has been an adjunct professor at Beijing University and is the founder of the TsingHua (University) Research Institute for Franchising. 

 

Maureen Lee is a seasoned executive having held various management positions with Coca-Cola, served as Vice President of North Asia for The McDonald’s Group, General Manager at Swire Bottling, and Account Management at McCann Erickson. She helps lead brand rejuvenation projects for restaurant enterprises in China, conducts research on consumer and brand experiences, and offers brand management classes for entrepreneurs through HanYuan Group.
